While the hotel has many spacious facilities and is family-friendly, my experience fell short of expectations for a luxury resort. The dining options were quite disappointing, lacking variety and quality, and I found the overall atmosphere to be noisy and less appealing. On a positive note, the staff, especially housekeeping, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the beach area offered a lovely escape for walks despite the challenging swimming conditions.
